It really sickens me that the country that I love so much has chosen to have a terrible person like trump as our President. Everything he is doing is so un-American and unconstitutional. I wish people would have taken the election seriously. And voted.

I'm usually a very nice person and very understanding of others' beliefs and their values. I stay in my lane, I'm civil in disagreements and listen to all sides (to a point, I'm not a doormat).

But trump and his supporters literally want me dead. I'm a queer disabled first-gen Mexican immigrant woman; it would be an insult to my family and any other queer and/or disabled and/or Mexican and/or immigrant women/people for me NOT to speak out and protest. I have no patience for nazis, nor their sympathizers (including 'if you punch a nazi you are a nazi').

There is no reasoning with nazis or their ilk. Punch a nazi, save a life.

That being said if you're still not sure about violence against fascists, you literally have Hitler's permission. He said, and I'm paraphrasing, 'the only thing that could have stopped our rise to power would be if people fully understood the nucleus of our movement, and had rolled over and let us take over or if they smashed our movement with utmost brutality before we had a chance.'
