2 Weeks Behind

I am 30 weeks. I went to visit my OB for a normal check up with ultrasound. The measurements determined that my baby is measuring 13 days behind. My doctor referred me to a maternal fetal doctor. Has anyone experienced this??? If so, how did it turn out? I eat out a lot and forget to take my prenatals. Is that the reason why he's under weight???
