Ways to help dilate?
Is there anything I can do to help me dilate? Anything that worked for you? 2 weeks ago my doctor said my cervix is completely softened. But my last appointment she didn't check me she checks me this Friday. I just want to be somewhat dilated! My baby completely dropped already and I was waiting for January to get over before I started to help myself dilate,
