My son is 2.5...he's been very unwell yesterday and today. Today he wouldn't eat or drink anything. He had two sips of water and that's it. For food he had 1/4 sand which and some grapes. That's it all day. He's been warm and flush and very whiney. He had wet diapers during the day but since he went to bed 7pm and now it's 10 pm it's bone dry. Do I take him to dr tomorrow? Does he need fluids? He's beeen sick before but never like this. He has a cough And runny nose but I wonder if it's the flu.....he's on Tylenol but I don't know what else to do....any advice ???
