cramping?

i'm 37+5 and just had an appointment today and i'm dilated to 1. this whole evening my lower stomach just feels like it's lightly cramping, it doesn't go away or anything that i've noticed it's just felt that way for a few hours. it's light but definitely uncomfortable. baby is moving and everything so i know she's fine, is this normal?
