Not trying to be rude, I live in northern Europe and here (or at least in my country) women are only getting induced if they are very much overdue with a big baby or suffer from pre-eclampsia etc. Doctors are very reluctant to induce for any other reason. However in this app I have noticed that many are getting induced even quite early.

I'm 39 weeks & suffer from very high blood pressure and headaches, which are both symptoms of pre-e, but doctors won't induce since my situation is still not threatening to them. After three miscarriages I'm worried to death that our baby might have trouble in there but the doctors seem to think that she's just fine...
