Today i went to my 18 week ultra sound appointment and there was a student in training OB who did my ultra sound and i didnt hear no heartbeat. He just did it kinda fast and told me 135 and told me my regular obgyn will be in a few minutes. And so then he left. My regular OBGYN who does all my ultrasounds wasnt there with him and usually when my regular ob does my ultra sound, he makes sure i hear the heartbeat... i wasnt sure if you dont need to hear the heartbeat to know how much beat per minute it is. I was planning to tell my regular obgyn when he came in BUt the student came in with him too. So i didnt want to say anything because it might just look bad on the student.. so yea just venting! I was kinda worried not to hear the heartbeat. 😕
