flu while pregnant
I took my son to the er last night because he was just not himself. They said he tested positive for the flu so at the hospital they started him on tamiflu. Then the Doc proceeds to tell me I need to go on it too because I have been in direct contact with him.
I had a Doc appt earlier that day and was telling her how bad I had been feeling no appetite nauseous vomit 2x she goes oh you just have a virus
Well it seems like since we got home from hospital my "virus" or whatever I have had taken full force I feel horrible 🤢 and I'm just so worried about my baby she keeps curling up on the left side.
Anyway wrote all that to say any other moms get sick like this during pregnancy?
Update: I called the ob soon as they opened explained everything and she told me since I don't have a fever it's probably a stomach bug drink liquids and try to eat toast and crackers. Called my primary to tell them waiting on a call back. Thank you all for your responses and I have a nightstand full of Gatorade orange juice and water
