weight loss apps?
So due to a medication I gained a few lbs, and I also fell off the healthy bandwagon. I know everything I should be doing, and I know I need to start, but I'm honestly not in a place where I'm ready to push myself to lose. I also know how my body loses weight, so I have a strategy... I just need some motivation or help getting back into the swing of things. Does anyone have an app they love? I need a kick in the butt because I'm getting a gut and am mortified.
