2 days late!!!!

I had sex a couple of times this month mostly unprotected I guess I had sex 6 times this month 4unprotected but just a quicky, last jan 19 ive had a tingling nipple for atleast 3days but it on and off, not my breast feel full my abdomen is bloating and today im a little bit lightheaded or dizzy but its on and off too, been strassing for a while cause im not ready to be come a parent hopefully someone could help me out :) Am i pregnant or af is just delayed?
