regular check up end up admitted to hospital

So I came in today for a regular appointment & my iron was low so got admitted to the hospital. Doctor checked to see if I was dilated but I'm not but, my cervix is very thin! I thought I been having Braxton hicks , turns out I have been having actual contractions . I'm not due until March 1st (original due date) but my c section was scheduled for February 15th.. but baby girl may be trying to come a little early. Please keep me and my baby girl in your prayers .. thank you
