BIG baby stories?

Anyone else here have a "big" baby? I know ultrasounds can be off but my baby is projected to be over 10 lbs at birth.

Several doctors told me my first baby was going to be 10+ pounds and was talked into getting a c-section since I'm a petite girl. She was only 8lbs 14oz. Yes, she was on the bigger side but not nearly as big as they thought. Ultrasounds can be off by a pound or two in either direction.

Our first was 8 pounds and 15 ounces. I didn't know the difference between big and small. She didn't look big to me- she just looked like my baby! They never told us she would be big or little. I wouldn't stress too much because ultrasounds for sizing is often inaccurate.

My doctor told me my son would be 6 lbs and a few ounces. He was 9lbs at birth. He was chunky, never fit into newborn clothes or diapers, but he was adorable and perfect. ❤ Healthy delivery, his shoulder got stuck on my pelvic bone for a minute while pushing and the nurse had to press down on my stomach to help him out. Other than that, no complications.

They can be very inaccurate...my son was estimated at 38 weeks to be 8lbs 7oz was induced at 41 weeks he came out 7lbs 8oz
