tracking period
We are trying to conceive. Have been for nearly a year. No success yet. I wonder if I am tracking incorrectly. Do you track your periods based on the first day you see blood or the first day you need to use a tampon?
The first day, I'll see blood when I wipe maybe use a liner. Next day (or day after that) I'll need to use a tampon and it isn't much.
I'm wondering if maybe I'm not ovulating at all?
