I have never actually thrown up in my last pregnancy or this pregnancy until last night. But I feel like I might have a stomach bug because I felt like crap hours before I threw up. My stomach felt super sore and when I did throw up i threw up 6-8 times and I was drenched in sweat. So for mom's who have thrown up from just being pregnant is it any different than when you just have a stomach bug?
