URGENT! Help with wording for a relationship discussion

Hi Ladies. I need some help please. I am not very good at wording things in a 'non-attacking' way. My SO and I are meeting up today to discuss some issues between us and I'm trying to prepare. Any advice on how I could word the following better?? Please help me I want this to work.
