fake boobs

So I'm 22 and I'm not confident with my boobs at all. I'm like 34 C or 32D and I really want implants. My boyfriend says he'll pay for them when I'm done with school. Anyway- I do want kids and I hear/read back and forth stuff about waiting until after kids to get them vs it being okay to get them before kids. I just want them so my body seems proportional to me. I have the booty but not much boobs lol what would you suggest? Before or after kids?
