Bad Utlrasound Reading?

Question

I went to Midwest Perinatal per my Dr's request since I'm having twins. The dr there is trying to tell me that one of my twins has downs and a heart condition! I'm only 10w5d at the scan and I'm going it's a false read. I'm worried=/

Just for the results! I'm negative for any chromosome conditions and she said I was very low risk of the babies getting anything=)

Was it via blood test or scan? I got told that with the Down's syndrome blood test there was a chance of a false positive with twins, and that it wasn't very reliable so I had to wait until my nuchal fold scan (12-14 weeks)

Typically they wait until the 20 week anatomy scan to make bold predictions like that because the growth rate is so different for every pregnancy during the first trimester. Don't freak out about it quite yet

Seems a few weeks early to test for that. Hang in there & get another opinion for sure.

I'm trying my hardest to not stress over it but I'm a FTM and I'm always thinking of it. They took my blood and said to come back in 2 weeks.
