worse stomach flu/food poisoning help?

It's so bad!! It hit me like 20 minutes ago, but my stomach was hurting earlier today.
I actually just pooed my pants so bad!

Any cures or help?
Just moved in with my boyfriend this is sooo not how I wanted this to go

Hey! Try the BRAT diet, if you're able to eat. Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast. Keep trying to drink liquids otherwise and I hope you feel better.

This is going arojnd my house. It's so bad. My oldest got it and she passed out from dehydration. Now my youngest has it. I'm terrified I'm next.. relax your Gi track don't drink anything for a while or eat. This is what hospital told me with my kids. That drinking and eating feeds it. Once settled slowly try to drink a little. See if u hold it down. Nothing to eat day 1 (my kids got it at night so they went to bed n next day ate food). Day 2 dr said jello toast chicken broth and clear liquids only. Hope this helps I brought my kids in for zofran as they violently vomited all over my whole house and car and looked so bad.
