spotting after finishing ivf meds

So I know it's normal to spot in your first trimester, but is it normal to go on all day or for 2 days? I also had little bits come out too. I freaked out and my ob is out of the office all week (go figure) so luckily I work in a Dr office and we have a U/S scanner there so I got scanned baby is ok. But I'm still worried and I've had cramps too. I stopped my Endometrin about 2wks ago I'm still on PIO shots but I'm off the minivelle and the baby aspirin. Has this happened to anyone else?!
