You don't. You just ignore and block. People are going to do what they want, you have no control over that. So you just block them, ignore them, or just deal with it. There's nothing else you can do.

Ugh some people do thst because they think putting you down lifts them up but it doesn't just be confident in who you are and ignore those people if you let it get in your head it will only do what they want so don't give them that satisfaction rise above it trust me they will only hate on you more but who cares they suck!!!
