Yes- the doctor approved. Yes- I grew up in the water and was in swim classes at the same age with my mom.

We are about to start classes with our 7 month old. My husband is taking her. She loves baths so I think she will enjoy it and great bonding for them.

We started a class just after he turned 6 months - it's great!  He is getting comfortable in the water and we are getting comfortable with how to handle him in the water.  More playing than anything :)
