Cramping only when sleeping

Im 10 weeks pregnant & for the past week & a half ive been craming only when i sleep it wakes me up out of my sleep every night .. it doesnt feel like contractions or anything & my belly doesnt tighten up but its still kind of scary.. does this happen to anyone else?
