Slanted lines? Negative? Help!!

Took this test with FMU & after two minutes it read negative! I left it there and went back after 15 mins and saw a slanted line! I'm sure it's negative as I've read it or a evap line. I did the water test and the line is still there but I'm not trusting it. Has this happened to anyone before?! TIA
