Increase of watery discharge

Has anyone had a noticable increase in watery discharge in the days leading up to labor? Starting lastnight I noticed my discharge that is normally thick and creamy, is now watery. I had a wet spot in my underwear and I woke up with more of a wet spot this morning. I'm almost positive it's not my waters and is discharge. Did you notice this a few days before labor? I'm 39 weeks
