Confused!!!

Took an 88 cent test this morning (pink dye) and it was negative. Took this one just now and read it after 2 minutes. I am 10DPO and I'm super confused. Had a DNC done 12/1/2016 due to miscarriage and cyst removed. This is our first month trying again and I just want a BFP!!!
