My son had something like this at around 1 year old. Called miliria. Goes away on its own. Keep baby cool, put hydrocortisone on if it seems itchy.

Could be KP (Keratosis Pilaris)

Its karatosis pilaris. 
Absolutely harmless. My son and i both have it

Looks like eczema!! I have it too!! Use cortisone cream and try not to itch it!! Good luck momma

Thank you so much ladies...these fine bumps showed up early this morning and are starting to just fade away, hopefully by morning they will be gone.
