I've been so morning sick

My morning sickness has lasted all day since yesterday night. I felt great until I hit 7wks pregnant, now I have morning sickness all day. Yesterday I couldn't even keep water down. We will see how today goes. Also, my sense of smell is out of control and I am so sensitive to everything-it all makes me gag?
