Allergies got me down

38+1 and can't stop sneezing. I've been congested the past 3 days and feel terrible. My OB is on vacation and nobody else can see me because I'm pregnant (stupid office policy). I also don't want to shell out $200 for an ER copay and insurance doesn't cover urgent care. I'm thinking of buying a Netti pot. Anyone have luck with these? The list of approved meds I was given states that after 38 weeks you aren't supposed to take otc meds, so natural remedies would be preferred. Thanks.
