Could I be pregnant?

CD 25. Last cycle was 41 days. AF is due in 9 days according to all my apps. Not sure my ovulation day but I'm guessing around 23rd-24th and I BD on the 23rd. Since Feb 1st I've had light pink and brown spotting. Last night it stopped but this afternoon there was a small drop when I wiped. For the last 3 days I've been cramping some times like menstrual cramps and others just dull pains. My breasts are so tender and sore I can barely touch them and I go from wanting to eat everything in sight to not wanting to eat at all. I feel like my sense of smell has heightened as well but I may just be imagining things. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests; the first night all 3 had a faint positive line but after that there's been nothing. I know it's way too early to test but I was impatient. Do my signs and symptoms sound like I could be pregnant or am I just wishful thinking?
