Rock N Play?

How many of you use the Rock N Play as your place for night time sleep? Or recommend it? Our son is five days old. Literally everything I look into makes me nervous. The ones that don't are super expensive, and not in our budget. I have had this debate since we found out we were pregnant. We bought a little portable bassinet for between us in bed, but it's not working so well. Makes me nervous too lol. And my husband is a bed hog.
