I think I miscarried again...

I had a chemical pregnancy on November 3 this past year. I completely missed my cycle in December and then got a normal period on Jan 3 that was exactly like all other periods I've had previously. I just got my period again to my dismay on Feb 3. However, on February 2, I felt a very severe pain in my right uterus that made it hard to move. I then had brown discharge. On the third, my cramps began in the morning which were much worse than I ever experience with my cycles. Usually I can take ibuprofen and I'm pain free the rest of my period. Not so this time. It feels very much like my chemical pregnancy cramping. My flow is also quite heavy and clotty, almost exactly like it was in November.
