Hey ladies so I am in college and I'm 18. My parents are really conservative and my bf and I have sex a lot and we have to continue to buy plan b. How can I get on birth control without my parents knowing? They'll know if the insurance pays for it so I can't get it that way. How much is the pill thru planned parenthood without insurance? Please help!

You need to quit using plan b as contraception. All the hormones are bad for your body and the more you use it the less effective it becomes.

If you don't have insurance, there's literally no way your parents would find out. Generic pills are usually id say $30-$60 a month.

You can make an appointment with a doctor or gynecologist and use their insurance. You don't have to tell them what the appointment was for and the doctor isn't allowed to tell them. Have them prescribe birth control and pay out of pocket at the pharmacy for the bc. Generic bc pills are pretty cheap.
