pain and itching?

okay so my vagina has been itching for about a week now and it's driving me crazy, i've also had a hemorrhoid for the same duration as the vaginal itching (if that has any correlation). i have not had any sexual intercorse recently but a few days ago i did masturbate (put the object use up my vagina to simulate intercorse), afterwards i was bleeding but not a lot, just some light spotting that went away within an hour. I now have pain in that area also but am assuming that's probably caused by the masturbation. The last time i had sex was november/october. Please no judgements, i just need some advice and any solutions if you've ever been in the same situation. Thank you💞
