I'm 12 dpo, af was due on 2/2 but hasn't arrived yet, my breasts are sore/itchy and I've been having some weird cramping/twinges. I am also extremely tired! I've been ttc for about 3 months. My period has been completely regular since I got my iud out 4 months ago. I took one test yesterday morning and it was negative. Any advice on what I should do from here?

Got AF this morning! That was a rough 8 days but I guess I'm on to next month now 😟

Keep us updated! I'd say test with FMU every few days until you get AF or a positive. If you have no positive and no AF after 2 weekscall your  doctor and get a blood test.

Try a first response test- they are the most sensitive and be sure to use first morning urine and I always peed in a cup and dipped it in- that way to can see how concentrated your urine is.
