I took 2 tests the day af was suppose to come and they came out positive of course faint but definitely positive. I went to my doctor for blood work and there was no sign of a pregnancy 🤔.. anyway, to top it all off I had a dream last night that I tested positive again 🙄 I think this whole ttc has got me stressing
