stimulate labor ?

Ok i am due February 21st, was just wondering what did any of you ladies do to start labor? Im already 2 centimeters dilated.

I'm due the 23rd! 4cm dilated, 90 % effaced, mucus plug is gone! Was even in prodormal labor for 16 hours and admitted and dilated to a 5 and then completely stalled and was sent home! I've been walking, sex, dancing, birthing ball, pineapple, spicy food, etc and NOTHING! I seriously believe the baby just comes when he/she is ready! I'm exhausted and have basically given up. I'm 37&3 and doc will induce  me at 39 if she doesn't come before then because of her size and some complications so I'm riding out my 11 days pregnant!

I'm due on the 22nd and I have walked exercise and much more than sex have been done and still NO BABE NO DILATION 😭😭😭😭

Evening primrose oil orally twice a day! I'm due the 21st too with our 4th & final! Also a lot of walking, squats & sex!

I didn't use anything to stimulate. However now that I am pumping milk for my son, I get MAD cramps and contractions. It has helped shrink my uterus to prepregnancy size. But GOD they are strong and hurt like b@#$&.
