Lexapro and Miscarriage

I've been on lexapro for 6 months to treat depression and anxiety bought on by a very serious family incident and since then have had two early miscarriages (4-6 wk along). I may be grabbing at things at this point as I am currently experiencing the second miscarriage this very moment but I'm becoming desperate for answers. New primary doc told me to get off of it when I got a bfp and I did right away but still lost pregnancy early on. Surprisingly calm and collected so thinking I may stay off of it for now. Anyone else experienced this with a prescribed SSRI?
