I vote a 5, the abdominal contractions really didn't bother me too much. Helped me know where to push, and anticipate the birth.

My daughter was sunny side up, and the back labor was another story lol. That was freaking excruciating.

It's the worst pain I've felt. But once my boy was born i forgot all about it. I can't really remember anymore and probably would do it again. Lol

I'd say an 8-9, and I had all back labor it was terrible. But when the nurse would ask me to rate my pain and I would say an 8, no one in my hospital room believed me because I didn't cry or anything like that, I just sat quietly through all of them 😂
