getting newborn to sleep by herself
My baby is 8 days old. I have a pack & play but I don't know how to convince her to sleep in it. Right now the only way I get any sleep is to have her right next to me on a separate bed from my husband.
How do I get her to sleep by herself? Should I be practicing during her daytime sleeps to get her used to it?
