Hepatitis B and TB Test? HELP

I start a new job tomorrow as a Reproductive Health Counselor. I just noticed in my orientation packet that they want me to do a Hepatitis B vaccine and a TB test.

Is this safe during the first trimester of pregnancy?

I already know I don't have tuberculosis, but they want it done.

They can do a TB blood test (I had that when I was pregnant rather than the skin test. Do they want to check Hep B numbers or to give you the vaccine? If you had your childhood vaccinations, most probably you have some immunity so they should check that first (again blood test) before deciding if you need a booster or the 3 doses. I'm not sure they'd give them to you while pregnant though.
