Big baby?

Anyone else expecting a big baby? The doctors estimate my "little" man is over 10lbs. C section scheduled for Wednesday since they don't think I can safely push him out.

It's not unusual for women to have 10lb babies vaginally. And it's only a guesstimate. I personally wouldn't want to have s csection unless medically necessary.

My son was 8lb 12ozs and he ended up having shoulder distocia.. I couldn't get him out !! They actually estimates his size correctly to the ounce .. I've always heard of many many women having large babies and delivering safely or being told baby is large and it's a peanut.  Who knows.  Whatever plan your doctor came up with,  if you're comfortable with it then that's all that matters ♡

My first 3 were 9.1, 9.8 and 9.1 I'm hoping this time around this one is smaller. I have had all 3 of mine naturally so far😳 I'm only 5,5" and normally weigh 125 my ob tells me my body just knows how to grow big healthy babies l.

My friends who had big babies said they were the easiest to deliver. In my group, we've had 10, 11, and 12lb babies born vaginally with no trouble.

My brothers were 9 and 10 lbs and I was so worried I'd have a big baby but he was still close to 9. I wouldn't want to push out 10lbs either. My mom pushed all of us out but I don't think I could do that either
