No scale = No worries

👩🏻‍🌾🐄
I don't own a scale to weigh myself and I ask my midwife not to tell me my weight at appointments, just to let me know if I was gaining too much or not enough.
I feel like this way I will not get wrapped up in the numbers on how much I gained this pregnancy, I will just focus on being healthy. Once the baby is born, I still will not step on a scale. Instead I will keep my focus on being healthy, eating right, and exercising until I feel like "me" again.
Anyone else taking this approach to pregnancy weight gain? I find it incredibly freeing and forces me to be more in tune with my body and personal health, not a number on a scale.
