crab legs while pregnant

Okay y'all so I need some serious opinions. I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and I'm dying for crab legs. I just bought 2 1/2 pounds of them. I googled if I could have seafood and it says "Pregnant women may eat up to 12 ounces a week of crawfish, squid , oysters, clams , shrimp, or scallops. Because some samples of lobster and crab may have much higher levels of mercury than average, pregnantshould limit crab and lobster to about 6 ounces per week." What do y'all say? The doctor told me I could eat normal whatever I wanted just not the crazy stuff.
