control line lighter? why

Iv just peed on a stick. I'm already pregnant and have known for about 2 weeks and my doctors already confirmed it. I'm 5w 4d now. I'm just wondering why when I just did this is the control line lighter ? I'm on honeymoon and won't see my doctor now until I'm 9 weeks just curious?

What everyone else said! Also, just a warning, at a certain point your HCG gets so high pregnancy tests start coming up negative. Since you've got a confirmation, I suggest you stop testing now so you don't scare yourself. ❤

That's a good sign, means your hcg is high x

Yup just means ur pregnancy hormone is increasing which is good. The darker the line the more hormone is detected...that's why so ppl don't get positives if they test too early...the hormone in the body is not high enough yet
