weight gain

So since I've moved I have a little over 25 pounds, because before I moved I was always active and walking places and doing thing, but now I just sit home. I want to lose the weight but have zero motivation.  I'm disgusted by how I left myself go but but still have no motivation I tried dieting and keeping track of what I'm eating but end up always feeling hungry because Of being bored. I used to drink a lot of soda but only have one every once in awhile and drink mostly water and green tea now. Anyone know how to get myself more motivated to lose the weight I've gained? I'm under 5 ft an weight 156 and I look so gross 😭😭
