really need advice as much as possible

So I was feeling up in there and I've noticed there is a a smooth bit for about two inches then there's like a lump about the size of a golf ball it's quite hard and I want to know if this is just part of me or if I should be concerned . There's no pain and I never get cramps so idk help please
