Post-partum Shooting Pains?

Has anyone else had shooting pains down there after giving birth? By "down there," I mean everywhere- vagina, clitoris, labia, etc. I'm almost 8 weeks pp and I get them several times a day, every single day. I did have some complications during labor- my son got stuck, forceps were used, I tore in a few places.

Are these pains normal? My insurance just ran out and I can't afford to see a doctor at this moment, but as soon as I can afford it I will go. In the meantime, is there anyone else with this problem?
