I have been having cramps on and off for a week. My period was supposed to start last Wednesday the 25th, but I have PCOS so that doesn't always happen. Well today the 5th I am having extremely painful cramping. I too a test on the 1st and it was negative for pregnancy. I am very concerned as to why this is happening. My Dr. told me to call in another week this up coming Wednesday if my period doesn't show so he can put me on progesterone. Should I be worried?
