Update HSG costing 9000?!

Update: so another claim went through for roughly 800-900 so that was the HSG...but I'm also having polyps removed so I'm assuming the 9000 is a pre auth for that. We'll see. Thanks for the comments i was freaking out for sure, since it was the only claim and the same date of service.

Please anyone who has had a HSG done...how much did it cost? Why would it cost 9000? Or is that normal. I've looked everywhere and it seems completely out of the ballpark
