Feel like death after sex.

I have two different partners that I see separately. All of us are clean, and I have an IUD. One of these guys (no condom and larger) is feels like heaven and there are no problems. But, with the other one (condom and average size) after we have sex I feel like my uterus has just been murdered and sometimes I bleed. Does anyone have any advice? Has this happened to any of you? Could that be a latex allergy; when I look it up I can't find any relatable information. Help me, shit hurts tbh.
